The location is perfect for a family vacation — a pleasant beach with sandy sea bottom, and Nin is within walking distance… everything was TOP ❤️

The accommodation deserves the highest rating — clean, tidy, and airy. There’s parking in the yard, air conditioning, internet, and TV. The bathroom is sparkling clean, and there’s also an outdoor shower. Window screens keep mosquitoes away. The beach is nearby, with fine sand and shallow, warm water, perfect for non-swimmers and children. A peaceful place for families, and a big thank-you to the wonderful hosts, Karmen and Robert, who made sure we felt comfortable. We’ll definitely be coming back! ❤️

The apartment’s location is perfect, close to the sea and in a quiet part of town, away from noise and crowds. The apartment is tidy, very clean, and tastefully decorated. A special compliment for the “warm and family-like” atmosphere that prevails… we’ll definitely be coming back!

Many thanks for the welcome coffee and drinks, which meant a lot to us after a long trip. There are several beaches to choose from nearby, and having a car isn’t necessary. In conclusion — we’ll definitely be coming back again.
Our vacation was truly the kind of holiday we could only wish for. The host, Mrs. Karmen, was exceptionally kind — she welcomed us with refreshments for both us and the kids. She was always available whenever we needed anything. The apartment is spotlessly clean, decorated with great love and attention to detail, which made our stay pleasant and made us feel right at home. The apartment is located in a quiet, small town… the beach is nearby, and there’s no need for a car — although, if you wish, you can easily reach nearby places such as Nin, Zaton, or even Zadar by car. We wholeheartedly recommend Mrs. Karmen and her apartment!
I highly recommend spending a summer vacation in this apartment. The space is clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you might need — from appliances to all the little details that make for a comfortable stay. There’s secure parking and the street is quiet. The beach is reached via a path with little traffic. The host is not intrusive but is always there when you need help or advice. Whoever comes — won’t regret it!

Thank you, dear Karmen, for a wonderful holiday and for your patience with our little rascals! 😘😘 We absolutely recommend Ninske Vodice for families with small children — it’s peaceful and quiet, the nearest beach is sandy and shallow, and there are cafés, ice cream shops, a playground, and a grocery store all within a 10-minute easy walk.
